Back in 1985, Chan Ping-wing, the founder of Dynasty Violins, a pioneer in the stringed instrument scene in Hong Kong, started making and trading handmade violins. Today, the brand offers a large selection of fine instruments of the violin family. From fractioned sized violins for young musicians, to antique instruments by the hands of master craftsmans. Ping-wing's son Derek Chan, a professionally trained violinist from young, infuses his music training into his craftsmanship, known for his sound adjustments that unlocks the potential of instruments.
